We will add recipes as we can - as we all need fresh ideas with the beautiful ingredients available to make a snack or meal.
This photo is of our freshly out of the oven daily Deli Socca -- a dairy free/gluten free Deli favourite. We each make it slightly differently but the main ingredients are olive oil, roasted onions and garlic, and fresh rosemary in a gram flour batter with differing salt and spices depending on your taste preference.
The trick is the proper size paella pan and letting the batter sit for a few minutes.
Come in and have a piece anyday at the Deli, but come early as it sells out before noon.
