We have a standard delivery charge of £9.75 via Royal Mail. Some of the items have a surcharge due to the total weight.

All items are insured and delivery by parcel post can take 5-7 working days. Items needing to be under 4 degrees will be sent with ice packs to keep the proper temperature and will arrive within 24 to 48 hours.

We deliver within the UK only at present.

As you fill your shopping basket you will be asked to pay through our secure PayPal screen.

Lately we have decided to use dry goods delivery boxes in our own delivery service. We wrap the box in brown paper and put your mailing address on the label.

In the event you are not satisfied with our products or services please contact us. Please notify us of any discrepancies within 24 hours and we will deal with it promptly.

Please make sure that you give us accurate details for delivery. If the order has not arrived to your expectations then please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or email so we may track down your goods.

Your order will be despatched within forty-eight hours with a confirmation sent to you by email.

Please note that if you join as a member you automatically receive a 10% discount on your goods. Joining as a member also means that your shopping cart is retained as you think about what else you may want to add.

Unfortunately we cannot cancel your order once it has been submitted. Please be certain that you wish to complete the order before you do the final click on PayPal with your payment details.
